Willow and Wick Upholstery, based in Gippsland, provides premium custom upholstery and furniture restoration services. While their craftsmanship was second to none, their brand was virtually invisible online. They had no website to display their detailed portfolio of restored antique furniture, leaving them dependent on word-of-mouth recommendations and local market traffic to secure high-value projects.
